Product Overview

DULUX® L lamps are pin-based compact fluorescents. The 4-pin lamps have no internal starter; starting is a function of the ballast. They are designed for electronic ballast operation and are dimmable per the manufacturer catalog. This lamp is not a self-ballasted screw-in CFL.

DULUX L high-lumen lamps use a long twin-tube T5 format with a 2G11 base. The “RS” ordering suffix denotes rapid start per the manufacturer nomenclature.

These lamps may also be operated on rapid start circuits; on rapid start circuits the 24 watt lamp operates at 27 watts and the 36 watt lamp operates at 39 watts. Rated lamp life is unchanged.
