| 1. Lamp starting down to 0°F possible (ballast dependent). Operation below 50°F may affect lumen output or lamp operation. Minimum starting temperature for F34/SS and F96/SS is 60°F. 2. Average rated lamp life and rated lumens based on operation on ANSI reference ballasts. 3. T8 and T12 coating withstands constant operating temperatures up to 275°F and has a melting point in excess of 500°F. 4. T5 coating withstands constant operating temperatures up to 500°F and has a melting point in excess of 620°F. 5. Lamps must be used in ambient temperatures below 135°F. 6. For use in open fixtures. 7. Lamps satisfy the criteria of having a non-shattering covering for prevention of glass and other lamp components in your product by containing them within the safety coating material. The covering must remain intact or the lamp must be replaced to be in compliance. An onsite inspector will require correction if the lamps are not installed or maintained properly. 8. Lamps must not be used with defective ballasts, sockets or improperly wired fixtures. 9. Lamps must be used with sockets that provide adequate lamp pin to socket contact. 10. Intended for indoor use only. |
